• Information about our BBQ competition team, awards, and tour schedule
• Catering inquiry and booking services for events in the Reno/Tahoe area
• Online sale of BBQ sauces, rubs, and related products via our Shopify store
• Email newsletter sign-up for tour updates and product announcements
• Crew and staff portal access for authorized team members

3. Catering Bookings

Catering inquiries submitted through AussomCatering.com are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit as specified in the catering proposal. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the individual catering agreement provided at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

4. Product Purchases

Product sales are processed through our Shopify store (AussomAussieBarbecue.myshopify.com). All purchases are subject to Shopify's terms of service and our store's individual return and shipping policies displayed at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

5. Intellectual Property
